Twenty years of meeting people where they are.
Elora is the founder of here, a meditation and yoga teacher, and a Yoga Alliance 500-hour E-RYT. After teaching around the world, she is settling down with her two daughters and three dogs.
Why here exists

Elora is deeply passionate about helping people rewrite inherited stories and move beyond trauma's hold. Her teaching creates room to notice automatic patterns, reconnect with direct experience, and explore another way forward.
Here does not promise a perfected life. It offers practices for developing a more honest, compassionate relationship with being human.
